All our guides are fully qualified Mountain Leaders, first aid qualified, which is regularly kept up to date and are Enhanced CRB checked.

With us you will not just wander the hills and mountains aimlessly, you will have an experience that will make you want to come back. On some walks we may hear the Red Grouse and the Curlew or see the Buzzards above our heads. We will see Wildflowers and discover the historic landscape by seeing the mysterious cup and ring marked rocks and the Iron Age Hill Forts.

All our Guides whether it is for a Guided Walk or a Navigation Course have a passion and enthusiasm for the area that can’t be beaten, whether it is for the coast or the National Park.

At Navigate Northumberland your guide will have been wandering the Northumberland Hills for years and for this reason you will have all the local knowledge you need.

​

Because our number one priority is you, our guides will tailor the day when possible to what you want to get out of it, whether it be wildlife, photography, rock formations or history.
